Product Imagery & Materials: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and details of our premium materials (including Alcantara fabrics and laser-engraved metal accents). However, due to variations in digital displays and natural material characteristics, actual product finishes may slightly vary.
Custom Engraving & Made-to-Order: Products featuring custom laser engraving, unique text, or bespoke plate finishes are crafted based on the exact specifications provided by you at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring all text, spellings, and designs submitted are accurate before placing an order.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our Site are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
We accept standard digital payment methods and credit/debit cards as specified at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
While we endeavor to meet all estimated delivery dates, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. RearTag is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier carriers, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Standard Items: Unused, standard products in their original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our [Refund Policy].
Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of laser-engraved or custom-crafted cases, all bespoke and custom-engraved orders are final sale and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this Site—including but not limited to brand logos, product photography, graphic assets, website design, laser engraving vectors, and text—is the exclusive property of RearTag and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. RearTag shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services—including, without limitation, physical damage to personal mobile devices or third-party equipment used in conjunction with our cases.
